Print Release

The bearer of this Print Release ( “Licensee” ) has purchased digital photographs

from a photography session with Dawn Paul Photorgraphy (DPP). DPP grants

Licensee (whether or not Licensee is the subject of the photographs), a limited,

non-exclusive personal license to digitally reproduce, store, print, and share the

photographs with friends and family for reasonable personal use only. This

permission applies worldwide and in perpetuity. Licensee agrees that he/she may

not claim the digital photographs or prints as his or her own, use them for

commercial or editorial purposes, sell them for profit, submit them for publication,

or enter them into competition, and may not edit, filter, retouch, or create

derivative works using the digital photographs or prints. DPP retains the copyright

to all photographs per Title 17 of the U.S. Code and all applicable federal Copyright

law. DPP may revoke this license if any Licensee violates the terms of this Print

Release.
